Grand Theft Auto 5 may be a complete package for players to enjoy, but the same can’t be said for GTA Online. Rockstar Games continues to add various new updates to the game to ensure players have a reason to keep playing. The latest update is called the Agents of Sabotage update and it brings multiple new features for players to explore.

Darnell Bros Garment Factory

The Agents of Sabotage update introduces us to the Darnell Bros Garment Factory as a new base of operations. It’s available for purchase through Maze Bank Foreclosures for GTA$2,350,000, making it a big purchase. Unlike other properties, the garment factory will not offer additional upgrades, making it a straightforward but important hub for planning those high-stakes heists.

Once players acquire the factory, they gain access to a series of profitable robbery missions led by rogue FIB agent Jodi Marshall, alongside helmsman Pavel, last seen during the Cayo Perico Heist.

The facility comes fully equipped with a passive income safe, a Mk II Weapon Workshop for weapon customization, and a basement garage that gives access to fast travel points around Los Santos through underground tunnels. The Missions can be started from an in-house computer terminal or remotely via the iFruit app, giving players extra flexibility.

Terrorbyte Upgrades

The Terrorbyte mobile control center has received some big updates, making it an even more valuable asset. The Silent Running module lets you take the Terrorbyte off the grid, hiding your location from other players. Priced at GTA$425,000, this stealth ability lets you carry out operations without hiccups.

You can install the Missile Lock-On Jammer for GTA$450,000 to defend yourself against homing missiles during escapes or missions. Moreover, the Master Control Terminal is available for GTA $500,000 and lets you handle your businesses from a single point, simplifying things.

Players can also install a Collectible Scanner for GTA$1,290,000 which is useful for finding hidden items across Los Santos. All these enhancements turn Terrorbyte into an excellent command center for your activities.

New Vehicles

As usual, the new GTA Online update brings a slew of new vehicles players can drive around Los Santos. After all, a GTA update would be incomplete without new moving toys for players to experiment with.

• Bravado Banshee GTS: a high-performance sports car perfect for speed enthusiasts. Available through Legendary Motorsport for GTA$1,989,500.
• Police Predator Boat: a powerful boat that has utility and firepower. It is priced at GTA$3,780,000 but is free to all players until December 15th as a reward for completing The Heist Challenge.
• Dinka Jester RR Widebody: a sleek and stylish sports car with a widebody design, available for GTA$2,290,000.
• Karin Chavos V6: a sporty and versatile vehicle, available for GTA$1,420,000.
• Vapid Caracara Pursuit: a police-spec off-roader designed for rough terrain, available for GTA$5,335,000.
• Canis Terminus Patrol: a police variant of the Terminus built for durability and performance, available for GTA$5,125,000.
• Vapid Firebolt ASP: a reward for completing Tier 4 challenges in the Agents of Sabotage Career Progress. It’s not available yet but will be priced at GTA$1,894,500 upon release.

New Robbery Missions

The update adds four new Clandestine robbery missions, each with an excellent payout. These missions are all available through the Darnell Bros Garment Factory business provided by Jodi Marshall and are playable solo.

• The Black Box File: tied to the big Cargo Plane and offers a payout of GTA$155,000.
• The Brute Force File: tied to the Fort Zancudo military station, with a payout of GTA$158,000.
• The Fine Art File: tied to the San Andreas Gallery of Modern Art and offers a payout of GTA$153,000.
• The Project Breakaway File: tied to the Maze Bank Tower with a payout of GTA$150,000.

Some new Dispatch Work missions are set to appear, but further details are currently unknown.

Characters, Weapons, and Content Expansion

The update adds some fresh characters in the mix alongside returning characters. Leading the charge is ex-FIB agent Jodi Marshall, who has expertise in infiltration. Fan-favorite character Pavel returns, last seen in the Cayo Perico Heist. Some other new faces include Guadaloupe Romero and Ray Trotman, each bringing unique skills to the roster.

Players on the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S gain access to a new exclusive weapon, the El Strickler Military Rifle. Currently, only GTA+ members can get it, and the gun will be available for purchase for the rest in January 2025. PC, PS4, and Xbox One players will not get the weapon. Rockstar has also confirmed that previously console-exclusive features will arrive on PC in 2025, paving the way for future content.

Gameplay and Other Improvements

The Agents of Sabotage update brings some minor quality-of-life improvements to the gameplay. Added stealth-focused upgrades like the Silent Running module improve the tactical depth of the gameplay, something that can’t be said for most Rockstar-developed games.

Some new tools for designing engaging missions are added, which will help content creators. The vehicle controls and handling have been slightly refined for better responsiveness.
